Overview

The MC9450 is the cellular (WWAN) model of Zebra's MC9400/MC9450 gun-style, ultra-rugged mobile computer; the MC9400 is the Wi-Fi-only model.[1] Zebra describes it as the first gun-style device with private and public 5G data, and its nano SIM plus eSIM let one unit hold a private-network profile and a public-carrier profile at the same time.[1] It is aimed at warehouses, cold storage, manufacturing, ports and yards, and Zebra lists it as the replacement for the MC9300.[2] The cellular radio is data only, so voice runs through push-to-talk or VoIP apps rather than cellular calls.[1]
