Overview
Amarisoft is a French software company, headquartered in Levallois-Perret, France, that was founded in 2012 by Fabrice Bellard and Franck Spinelli.[1][2] It writes 4G/5G base station (eNodeB/gNodeB) software that runs on standard x86 or ARM computers, user-equipment simulators and test equipment, and a compact 4G/5G core network.[3] For live networks Amarisoft describes itself as a technology provider rather than an infrastructure vendor: more than 40 partners build radios, small cells and network-in-a-box products on its software, and some use its 4G/5G core in private network projects.[4] Amarisoft offers to introduce network buyers to a suitable partner, and its partner list names U.S.-based Abside Networks and Cornet.[5][6]
