Overview
Kajeet is a managed IoT (Internet of Things) connectivity provider founded in 2003 that serves public sector, healthcare and enterprise organizations.[1][2] For private wireless it now concentrates on Sentinel, its platform for SIM and device provisioning, lifecycle management and policy control across private, neutral-host and hybrid networks.[3] Under an agreement announced September 1, 2026, Heddian agreed to acquire Kajeet's private wireless deployment business and to license Sentinel from Kajeet; Kajeet's site says that as of that date Heddian is the primary partner for private wireless design, deployment and support, including for existing Kajeet customers.[2][3]
