Tecore Networks is a company in Hanover, Maryland, founded in 1991, that builds cellular core and radio equipment for commercial, government and military customers.[1][2] Its iCore platform runs 5G (standalone and non-standalone), LTE, 3G and 2G core functions from one code base and deploys on premises, in the cloud or at the network edge, including for private 5G networks in enterprise, government and secure environments.[3] Tecore also sells CoreCell radios, rapidly deployable Network in a Box systems, and managed access systems that block contraband phones in correctional facilities.[4][5]
