Pente Networks sells HyperCore, a mobile core that covers 2G through 5G standalone and non-standalone in one platform, delivered as a cloud-hosted SaaS core with optional on-site edge cores that keep working if the cloud connection drops.[1][2][3] The company began in 2016 as JpU and lists its headquarters in Hackensack, New Jersey; when it opened that U.S. headquarters in 2022 it said it would keep expanding its core technology team in Israel.[4][5] In the U.S. it works through partners such as Pierson Wireless, Alliance Corporation, LiveU and Amdocs, and its core has run CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) networks for broadcasters at the 2024 political conventions, for a West Virginia wireless ISP and, as reported in September 2026, on a Rocky Mountain ranch.[6][7][8][9][10][11][12]
Pente HyperCore Cloud is a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform with converged 2G-to-5G core functions, policy and charging control, network slicing and, according to Pente, more than 1,000 RESTful APIs.[20][2]
On-site cores managed from HyperCore Cloud: the EdgeMini mini PC (up to 2.5 Gbps and 500 active users), the EdgeMax 1U server (up to 10 Gbps and 20,000 active users) and the virtual Cloud Edge; Pente says they keep operating when the cloud connection is lost.[3][16]
