Overview

Federated Wireless's Private 5G with ATO is a government offering in which Federated designs, deploys and manages mission-specific private 5G networks for logistics, warehousing and base operations.[1] Its reference deployment is the U.S. Marine Corps 5G Private Infrastructure Network (5G PIN) at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, Georgia, which received an Authority to Operate (ATO) under the Marine Corps Risk Management Framework.[1][2] Federated acted as prime contractor and network architect for that network, with HPE and JMA Wireless as partners.[2] The network uses CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) spectrum and covers more than one million square feet, according to Federated.[1]
