Overview

Mavenir Private Networks, part of its MAVedge portfolio, is Mavenir's end-to-end 4G/5G private network offering that combines Open RAN radio software, its cloud-native Converged Packet Core, IMS, OSS/BSS and SIM/eSIM management.[1] Mavenir offers it as an on-premises network-in-a-box, a cloud-based network-as-a-service, or a hybrid of the two.[1] In June 2025 Mavenir restructured its debt and said it would stop making Open RAN radio units and license radio designs to manufacturers instead, refocusing on software.[2] Buyers should confirm which radios are currently supplied with the system.
