Nokia, the Finnish network equipment maker, sells private wireless networks for industrial sites that combine its 4G/5G core, radio access equipment and optical transport.[1][2] Its campus offering, Nokia Digital Automation Cloud Private Wireless with MX Industrial Edge (DAC PW/MXIE), pairs a 4.9G/LTE and 5G private network with on-premises edge computing.[3] That campus business, Enterprise Campus Edge, has been classified as discontinued operations since Q2 2026 because Nokia expects to sell it; Light Reading reported that Nokia will keep serving mission-critical private network customers and selling radio equipment.[4][5] Nokia was also certified by the FCC as a CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) Spectrum Access System (SAS) administrator in December 2025.[6]
